The Zamfara State Government opened an online portal for mass recruitment of medical specialists to revamp its health sector.
This was announced by the Zamfara State Information Technology Department Agency (ZITDA).
It stated the qualified health professionals needed for the specialist hospital are Pharmacists, Medical Laboratory Scientists, Physiotherapists, Optometrists, Nurses, Midwives, among others.
The application portal was opened on 3 August 2026, and will close on 13 August 2026, at 11:59 pm.
The agency encouraged all eligible Zamfara State indigenes to take advantage of this opportunity and ensure that they complete their applications within the stipulated application period.
Applicants were strongly advised to carefully review the eligibility requirements and checklist for their preferred recruitment category before commencing their applications.
